How Our Deals Work
We are not an escrow service. We buy with our own money and sell accounts we own. The terms that apply to every deal.
We buy accounts with our own funds and we sell accounts we own. In every deal on this site we are the other side of the transaction, not a middleman between you and a stranger. These are the terms that apply.
Who the counterparty is
ViralAccounts.com is operated by VEYYO LP. Every deal is made directly with the company. There is no introduction to another user, no marketplace listing, and no third party holding anything. This is the whole reason the usual failure in this market does not apply: nobody has to go first and trust a stranger, because there is no stranger.
An escrow agent holds a third party’s money while two strangers deal with each other. We do not do that, and we are not licensed or regulated to do it. When you sell, we are the buyer and the money is ours. When you buy, we are the seller and the account is ours.
What we will and will not trade
- We deal only in lawful items. We do not buy or sell stolen, hacked or otherwise illegally obtained accounts, including where the asset is virtual.
- We do not trade anything that requires impersonating a real person.
- We do not trade assets on platforms with no workable transfer mechanism, where a handover would risk a permanent lockout for whoever ends up holding it.
- We may decline any deal at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the account is not yours to sell, the transaction is unauthorised, or it would breach any law or regulation.
Information we ask for
To complete a deal we will ask for proof of ownership and for the account statistics at source rather than as screenshots. For larger transactions we may ask for identification. If the information is not provided, or cannot be verified, we will not proceed. This protects both sides, and it is the step that private sales skip.
Minimum deal size
The minimum transaction value. Below it, verification and a supervised handover cost more to run properly than the deal is worth, and running them improperly is not something we are willing to do.
If you are selling to us
- Valuation. You send the account and its figures. We respond with a price within two working days. It is free and commits you to nothing.
- A direct offer. If you accept, the price is fixed in writing before anything moves. It does not change later.
- Verification. We confirm you own the account and read the statistics at source.
- Supervised handover. Credentials and every recovery channel move in a controlled order, with gaps where the platform needs them.
- Payment. Same day, once the transfer is confirmed, by crypto, bank wire or Stripe.
If you are buying from us
- You tell us what you want. Audience, platform, size, geography and budget.
- We source it. From accounts we already hold or from our seller network.
- You see verified figures. Read at source, not taken on trust from a seller we have never met.
- Payment and handover. Funds are committed, then credentials and recovery channels transfer under supervision.
- Inspection window. You confirm the account matches what was described. If it does not, the deal unwinds and your money is returned.
Payment
We pay and accept payment by cryptocurrency, bank wire and Stripe. The method is agreed in writing before the deal starts, and it does not change partway through.
We never ask for payment in gift cards, vouchers or any irreversible consumer method, and we only ever use one email address. Anyone contacting you from another address claiming to be this company is not us.
Timing
Valuations take two working days. A handover usually runs over a day or two rather than an afternoon. Payment to a seller is made the same day the transfer is verified.
Moving recovery details too quickly is the single most common reason a platform locks an account mid-transfer. Some steps are spaced over hours or days on purpose. A fast handover is a warning sign, not good service.
Cancellation and refusal
Either side may walk away before a price is agreed in writing. After that point we honour the agreed price, and we expect the same. If verification shows the account is materially different from how it was described, the deal does not proceed, and nothing has moved at that stage. Where a buyer’s inspection window reveals a material discrepancy, the deal unwinds and the money is returned.
Discretion
Nothing is listed publicly. We do not publish the accounts we hold, the deals we close, or who was on either side of them. Both parties in a resale stay anonymous to each other, because neither is ever dealing with the other.
If something goes wrong
Contact us and we will deal with it directly, because there is no third party to arbitrate between. If you believe someone is impersonating this company, tell us: we only ever use the one address, and we would rather hear about it early.
